Formed in 2010, Ndlelenhle Environmental Engineers identifies and secures prospective areas through lodging prospecting rights. We facilitate the drilling process to determine the feasibility of mining projects and specialize in the preparation and lodging of mining applications.

As our name implies, we believe in conducting business following the highest ethics and values of the industry. Our team comprises individuals with diverse expertise in the mining sector, largely gained from the Department of Mineral Resources and nourished across various mining companies.

Our People: We intentionally recruit educated, flexible, and ambitious people from various nationalities. We thrive on transfer of experience, bringing cultures together to achieve a common goal backed by strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Management Responsibility: Full commitment to protecting workers and the environment, giving HSE equal status with other business objectives.

System Readiness: Work only commences when essential protection systems are verified. We willingly suspend activities if safety is compromised.

Accountability: Supervisors and workers are individually responsible for identifying hazards. Contractors are held to our strict HSE standards.
